Booking Requirements
Vitoria Dance Company would love to perform at your school, church or performance venue.
There are just a few things that we ask in order to give you the best quality performance we can. We prefer that you have a stage or open space of 16’ x 18’ that does not have carpet on it. If the performance space is smaller than 16’ x 18’ or carpeted please let us know ahead of time so that we can accommodate for a smaller space and lay down the proper flooring. The dancers will need the performance area at least an hour before the performance in order to work out spacing.
We do not charge a fee to come and perform. We do take a freewill offering at the end of the performance. We just ask that everyone gives as God directs them. This is a ministry so we don’t want anyone to miss the performance due to finances.
When booking a workshop we will need 1- 2 open rooms depending on the amount of students. Please contact us with the approximate number of students you expect to have and we will be able to determine the amount of rooms needed. We will provide ballet barres and sound system.
For out of town performances you must give us a list of possible hotels around your area along with possible transportation.

Vitoria is offering dance workshops around the Columbus area to students between the ages of 10- 24 at any level. Vitoria company members and staff will be available to teach week long workshops at your dance school or church.
Our goal is to provide education and enlightenment through the arts to our community!
Week Long Workshops
Week long workshop hours are Monday - Friday 9am- 3pm. Below is a sample of the workshop schedule. Please note this schedule may change.

Pricing
The cost of a week long workshop is $180.00 per student, $80.00 is due at the time of registration and the remaining amount is due by the last day of the workshop. A $10.00 non-refundable registration fee must also be sent in with your student registration form in order to save your place. We accept checks or cash.
Weekend Workshops
Weekend workshops are held on Friday from 3:45 pm - 8:45pm and Saturday from 9am- 4pm. Below is a sample of the workshop schedule. Please note this schedule may change.

Pricing
The cost of a Friday workshop is $50.00 per student. The cost of a Saturday workshop is $70.00 per student. Both Friday and Saturday is $110.00. $20.00 is due at the time of registration and $10.00 is non-refundable. The remaining amount is due the day of the workshop. We accept checks or cash.
